B : hi A ! i am fine thank you
A : but you look pale, what happen to you ? (showing care)
B :  nothing...
A : just tell me what happen, i will try to help you (showing care)
B : i just not get enough sleep
A : oh, you should get enough rest to face your hard day
B : but i can't sleep
A : you should try to drink a hot milk in the night when you can't sleep, i am sure that will works
